Katy Bowman has a great way of answering your question with a question that gets you thinking even deeper. The program offers a lot of ideas - tools, exercises, etc. to help stay mobile, flexible, and in good alignment. My favorite part was the challenge at the end of the book to rethink "work" and our schedules in general that trap us to an office 8 hours a day. Definitely recommend the book. If you're brave enough, you could be the start of a new movement (ha) at your workplace.

It is easier than you may think to begin transitioning your way into a new lifestyle and way of thinking about how you carry yourself, figuratively and literally.
This e-book and its corresponding materials are very informational and downright shocking. Most people will likely admit that they sit too much on a daily basis, but there are so many additional facets to our sedentary modern lives that you may not think about. Even "active" people can be sedentary.
As with any lifestyle change this is not something that can be accomplished overnight, but the book presents the information in an easy to understand way and fosters the environment and provides the knowledge that will allow you to accomplish your goals.
