Rate this productI bought this book after having read "The Primal Blueprint". The basic tenants of Primal Living are explained in an easy to understand way.
There are plenty of scientific reasons given why this works. I started following the Primal Blueprint method about 5-6 weeks ago. Since then I have lost 12 pounds of unwanted weight and feel energized. I sleep better too. I plan to encourage friends and family to read "The Primal Blueprint 21-Day Total Body Transformation".

Rate this productIt's been ONLY one week since I started the 21 day plan & I'm beyond excited for what the end might be like. As a sugar (addicted) burning & carb person it's been difficult but not impossible & I can see already some of the benefits. My alertness has changed, dropped some weight & feeling better overall. Haven't done the exercise part exactly as the book tells since I've had a very busy week but looking forward to take it to the T this coming week.

With recipes, exercises and lifestyle modification recommendations, this book makes change assessable to us all. While I like the book format, I created a binder so that I could move through the information on a day-to-day basis with greater ease.
