Lots of inspiration here
In the intro, this book talks about how if you keep doing all your same go-to recipes when you're in a hurry, you not only get bored, you also miss out on variation in nutrients. I haven't had a chance to make the recipes yet (just got the book a couple of days ago), but there are many I want to try. The photographs are great and there's one (three actually!) for every recipe, which is a feature I really appreciate in a cookbook. The descriptions really do sound easy and quick to make. I look forward to making this my bible for weeknight cooking!
