I have been following a Paleo/Primal diet

on and off for awhile now. Primal Blueprint is giving me the perspective of why, and the motivation to continue.

First week in and I'm feeling fantastic!

Since I started the blueprint one week ago, I've shed five pounds. I'm hoping to shed 10 by the end of the 21-day challenge. I love how the blueprint is easy to follow. I don't feel like I'm giving up much of my life. It's a simple, not intimidating, realistic, and fun system to follow! In fact, I feel like I'm improving my life by what I shop at the grocery stores and the exercise tips I get every single day. I'm already feeling lighter, healthier and happier. Can't want to see the results at the end of this challenge!
