Since I started the blueprint one week ago, I've shed five pounds. I'm hoping to shed 10 by the end of the 21-day challenge. I love how the blueprint is easy to follow. I don't feel like I'm giving up much of my life. It's a simple, not intimidating, realistic, and fun system to follow!
