Best Journal!

I have gone through about 10 of these so far. It is very helpful for tracking a lot of health related info. The spiral binding makes it easy to write in. I really like that it has focused areas such as diet and exercise and that it also has space to also record thoughts and anything that might be on your mind. I have found it to be very versatile.

Excellent journal

I was greatly surprised to find the Journal to be very organized and to have so many useful pages to keep track of critical data. In addition the amount of useful tips and that are found in this journal make following a Primal lifestyle easy.

More than a journal

The Primal Blueprint 90 day journal is a not only a great journal that allows for individualized goals and interventions but also contains a good amount of additional Primal content including information about primal nutrition, movement and much more.

Room for both left and right brain people

The Primal Blueprint 90 Day Journal is a great tool to "hack and track" your Primal journey. As someone who likes to freeform journal, I appreciate the balance layout of the journal. It allows for the logging of both structured data as well as narrative free form.

In particular, I like the concept of "experimentation". Run a couple of experiments with regards to diet and exercise so that you can test various hypotheses.

I recommend the journal as a tool and inspiration to anyone wanting to quantify and document their Primal progress.
