If you live in a cold weather climate please do not purchase mayo until the temperature warms up. Mayo will freeze in transit if temps drop below freezing and the product will separate. While it's certainly not the intended Primal Kitchen mayo experience, it's perfectly safe to consume.

Excellent!
This is without a doubt the BEST mayonnaise I've ever tasted. I absolutely love it! It is great in tuna or chicken salad and also wonderful as a veggie dip all by itself.

Great tasting. Store inside.
Great tasting mayonnaise! The better oils used in it enhance its flavor! I left several out in my garage storage and the heat followed by cold weather caused the blend to separate. Their site does not recommend using them. I'll buy new and find a place inside to store them. I just love them!!
