Pleasantly surprised

I am new to the idea of collagen (outside of my Vietnamese pho obsession), so I was skeptical about how good these bars would taste. They are a new favorite! I love the crunch and flavor, and I also love that they have SO much protein in them. I am egg intolerant, so a protein rich bar is a treasure to find.
