Doesn’t taste like Alfredo, but still DELICIOUS
I would not say this is a good substitute for true Alfredo sauce as it tastes nothing like Alfredo. BUT it is still absolutely delicious in its own way!

Is a staple in our house
I use this atleast once a week. Brown up some riced cauliflower. Add frozen kale, spinach or peas, Throw in a protein - chicken, fish or Italian sausage for a delicious meal. Leftovers are also good.
