Taste is okay….certainly identifiable as chai. This is 90 calories and a lot of caffeine. The caffeine limits it for me to morning. Hard to mix into cold… adding milk (and the extra calories) makes this a little easier. Much easier to mix into hot drinks. I like it best stirred into plain black hot tea, and a bonus is no extra calories from milk. I probably will continue to get collagen from lower calorie, less difficult to take sources. But this is ok for a brief change to mix things up
