How much is shipping?
It is our goal to deliver your order to you in the quickest and most cost-effective manner possible. Our rates are designed merely to cover our costs and we offer free domestic shipping on all books and monthly subscription orders. Other orders are charged flat rates of $5.95, $7.95 or $9.95 depending on weight and distance.
Can you ship USPS instead of DHL internationally?
Our default method is DHL. Using USPS for international shipments may result in lost and/or untrackable shipments, sometimes taking over 10 days to reach the destination address. Once a package leaves the hands of USPS, it is no longer our responsibility. Using DHL provides reliable, timely service with accountability. If you insist on using USPS, please contact us. However, we cannot guarantee the delivery and cannot be held responsible if it goes missing.
Do you offer wholesale rates?
If you are a retailer and are interested in wholesale rates call 888-774-6259 (or 310-317-4414) and one of our friendly customer service representatives will assist you.
How do I know if my order has shipped and how can I track it?

Yes! We offer a 30-day, no questions asked, money back guarantee. If you aren’t completely satisfied with the product, simply return it and we’ll refund you in no time.
I need to return/exchange something. What do I need to do?

How do I update my address, credit card or other information?
Login to your account at primalblueprint.com. Once logged in, on the left-hand side you will see an option for account dashboard. Click on this and edit as you like. Can you expedite shipping?
Yes, but we do this on an exceptions basis only. Please call our customer service department at 888-774-6259 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Additional charges will apply.
Do you sell samples?
We do sell samples of the Primal Fuel for $5.95 (you get a serving of each of the flavors). Contact our office to order: 888-774-6259 or international callers: 310-317-4414. We don't offer supplement samples, as taking a few vitamins for a few days does not typically produce noticeable markers.
Do you offer military discounts?
Although we do appreciate what you do for our country, we do not have any military discount options at this time. We are currently looking into some government contracts, so stay tuned for any announcements.
