Great book

I am enjoying this book, its versatile to use for the whole family and I would happily lend it to friends. It shows how easy this lifestyle can be. I love listening to Mark on podcasts and his daily apple, from listening to those I thought I'd benefit from the book.

Helpful & concise information

The 21 Day Total Body Transformation book has been very helpful in planning action steps to take for a healthier lifestyle both nutritionally & physically. It gives supportive data to help guide changes that will work & become habit. It has helped change my mindset about incorporating activity throughout the day .

Excellent Guide to Good Health

I bought this book after having read "The Primal Blueprint". The basic tenants of Primal Living are explained in an easy to understand way.

There are plenty of scientific reasons given why this works. I started following the Primal Blueprint method about 5-6 weeks ago. Since then I have lost 12 pounds of unwanted weight and feel energized. I sleep better too. I plan to encourage friends and family to read "The Primal Blueprint 21-Day Total Body Transformation".
