I love this! I use it to make buffalo soy curls (chicken-like soy strips) and buffalo cauliflower. I hear it's also good on eggs. It actually makes veggies worthy of being a meal in and of itself! I took off one star because, while it's not as spicy as the original and hot versions, this is still pretty spicy and I don't taste the sweetness that I expected by the "mild and sweet" name.

I make this with the roasted cauliflower it’s so dang good! We all eat up two heads of cauliflower tossed with this stuff, sea salt & roasted ADDICTIVE! Yum
