Rate this productI am enjoying the recipes in the Primal Kitchen Cookbook. They are easy and simple to follow, without too many ingredients involved. I follow a Primal/Paleo diet, so most of my cooking is done at home. I enjoy having a cookbook I can refer to on those days when I don't really know what I want to cook. I love the photography in this cookbook, even though some of the recipes I have tried don't turn out quite as "pretty" as they are in the book, but the final result is always delicious!

Rate this productI haven't been able to cook any of the recipes yet but I feasted on them with my eyes. This cookbook is beautifully executed and the recipes don't appear to be too complicated. I can't wait to try something out. Maybe this Labor Day weekend. The only suggestion I have is to add fiber to the nutritional information for each recipe including. I eat mostly low carb/keto but insert Paleo into my diet as well if it isn't high carb. I figured I could build his recipes on My Fitness Pal recipe builder and it will provide the critical information for me. ( I'd also like to rate his dressings. THEY ARE ALL AWESOME!!!! Especially the Greek. Thank you for developing these.

I've picked about 90% of them to try over the next few months. Can't wait to taste them all. By the way, the Primal Kitchen Mayonnaise and Honey Mustard dressing are absolutely wonderful. 2. Great smoothie section. Smoothies are my jam.
3. Nice variety of recipes. They have a little bit of everything. You will definitely find something you like or something that gets your mind going to play around and tweak.

Rate this productMy husband and I were among the first to get our hands on this book and it did not disappoint! First, I love that all of the recipes include beautiful photos. 2nd - most all of them are easy to make. 3rd - ingredients are simple and repeat themselves so if you cook something new from the book each week you won't be going out to buy extravagant ingredients. 4th - each recipe includes a macronutrient breakdown. 5th - they are identified if they are no added sugar, whole 30, AIP, vegan, dairy free. 6th - Almost every recipe is something we would actually eat. 7th - many of the recipes can be batch cooked to get you through the week. 8th - The desserts are to die for! Well done Mark, Guest Chefs, and Primal Kitchen team!

Rate this productThis cookbook is very approachable, thorough, and fun to use. We have made several of the recipes and enjoyed all of them so far. My wife especially enjoys that each recipe has easily identifiable logos to delineate dairy free, keto, Whole30, etc. It makes it much simpler than scanning through the ingredients list each time.

Rate this productI have tried a few of the recipes and I am very pleased with them. I especially like the recipes for the sauces and dressings used in the recipes. So far my favorite recipe is the Breakfast Skillet, very tasty.

Rate this productThe paleo cookbooks I've already purchaed from the website are great and I was hoping for a new collection of recipe's from Mark. This is exactly what I was expecting. Great ways to make basic meals like steak, pork chops and chicken and make them really interseting and gives you something to look forward too. Can't wait to try the bbq sauce and the cassava flour tortilla's. Thanks Mark, keep it coming!

Rate this productI suggested to my wife that we buy the cookbook so we could eat healthier yet not sacrifice on taste and choices. I spent a day or so reviewing the recipes, marking those we need to try. After this, she said "Great choices! Wonderful meals! So start cooking!"

Rate this productI am new to Primal eating. My main problem is that I fell into the same old food recipes that I always did and quickly got bored with my food. This is easy to follow and really changes up my food. So far I have enjoyed everything I have tried.

Rate this productMy children and I follow the GAPS protocol. I prep our weekly meals in Sunday. It was healthy but repetitious and a little boring. The cookbook provides delicious recipes and sauces using the foods we want to eat! My 16 year old daughter is selecting and preparing meals from the book.
Rate this productI love enchiladas and had given them up after going paleo 3 years ago. It was the first thing I made after getting the cookbook and they are amazing!!!! I started marking other things I am excited to make and finally quit when I realized almost every page had a sticky note. I will probably end up trying nearly everything in this cookbook.
